The meeting, within the framework of the WAM (World Advanced Manufacturing & Logistics Summit & Expo) summit in Riyadh,focused on the localization of Russian companies and industrial cooperation. Taking into account the priorities set out in the National Industrial Development Program of Saudi Arabia, promising projects for the location of production facilities in special economic zones were considered:

- The KSA government allocates 273 billion US dollars for high-tech international start-ups in the field of production and energy.
- To implement the plan and ensure a direct dialogue between business and the government of Saudi Arabia, in November 2025, Riyadh will host WAM Saudi 2025 - the largest exhibition event that brings together leaders of advanced manufacturing, government agencies, ministers and global investors.
